We sell new, open-box, and scratch-and-dent household appliances. Product availability, pricing, and condition descriptions are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted by text message, email, or in person are valid only for the period stated at the time of the quote and are subject to availability.

3. SMS Terms of Service

Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Appliances 4 Less Colorado. Depending on the consent you provide, these may include informational and transactional messages (responses to your product inquiries, product photos and specifications you have requested, price quotes, appointment confirmations, delivery scheduling and delivery updates, and order or service follow-up) and, only if you separately consent, marketing and promotional messages (notices of sales, clearance events, new inventory arrivals, and special offers).

How to Opt In

You may opt in by submitting your mobile number through the chat widget on appliances4lessnoco.com and checking the applicable consent box. Consent boxes are unchecked by default and are not required in order to contact us or to make a purchase.

Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us; you may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Appliances 4 Less Colorado does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further text messages unless you opt in again. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
